Four Tet announced a new album

Four Tet - Pink

Four Tet is to release a new album this year, as announced in musician’s official website. Entitled Pink, the album is produced by Kieran Hebden aka Four Tet himself, with Jason Evans and Tazelaar Stevenson designing the album artwork. The record will consist of 8 songs, 6 of which were already released on vinyls as singles, and so we can freely assume that Four Tet is simply compiling the singles in a full-length album. Pink is due out on August 20 digitally through Four Tet’s own label Text and will be released on CDs in Japan on August 22 through Hostess Entertainment.

According to musician, there’s a possibility that the remaining two tracks, Lion and Peace For Earth, might also see a single vinyl release someday.
