Soundgarden are set to release their long-anticipated new album, King Animal, after 16 years of silence. back in September the band published one of their new tracks entitled Been Away Too Long, which was used in Toad’s Wild Ride, an October 23 episode of Sons Of Anarchy television series. And two days ago, on October 31, Soundgarden shared the second new song off the upcoming album. Called Non-State Actor, the track has a strong political point to prove, you may listen to it above.

King Animal is due out on November 13.
