Third Man Records to release Beck new single
Jack White’s label Third Man Records announced about releasing Beck’s new single as part of Blue Series. Entitled “I Just Started Hating Some People Today” b/w “Blue Randy”, musician’s debut on the label will come out on May 28/29. It will be available from Third Man Record’s online store, iTunes, label’s storefront in Nashville and other retailers. There will be no pre-orders of the release.
According to official announcement, both tracks were recorded in 2011 when Beck was working on his new album in Nashville. The songs were spontaneously composed on Beck’s last day in town.
Besides standard formats, the single will also come on limited run of 100 Tri Color 7-inches, which will be available beginning 10am on June 2 at Randy’s Records at 157 East 900 South in Salt Lake City. Other 50 copies of Tri Colors will be randomly inserted in mail orders for the single placed through label’s online store.

Beck’s latest studio album Modern Guilt was released in 2008. There are no details yet about the new record. But fingers crossed!
