After Nick Allbrook (of the Tame Impala) found himself homeless he resorted to living in Cameron Avery’s house. It’s the start of something beautiful, yes. With there album “Big Art” out it’s a glam soul mixture of Motown doo wop licensed to kill with guitar riffs dating back to the rockabilly ear of the 1950′s. As it is said, summer fun goes to show you, you can do a lot in a small amount of time. Especially if your house is filled with everything from psychedelic screenings of fireworks, to your neighbors seeing you dressed as an Angel and your band mate dressed as a priest. In the song “Wait ’till Morning” you’ll be experiencing something far more than just the casual obsession of a song. More than anything you’ll be trying to replicate it. And that continuous drum beat will haunt your dreams, casting you off into a whirlwind of a tripped out midsummer night’s festival.
