With a heavy metal powerhouse trio, Eddie Velis (guitar and vocals), Tony Castaneda (bassist and vocals) and Pepe Clarke Magana (drummer) it is no surprise that they caught the listening attention of frontman James Hetfield of Metallica through Sirius XM radio. Jose Mangin has been there since the early demos allowing us the listening audience to experience the brewing storm of “California Heavy”. Influences from Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin to Queens of the Stone Age, and just the unique play of weaving guitar chords; that seem likely that only machine hands could conquer. Their latest song “I Don’t Believe” only matches “Falling Down”, their previous release as the psychotic energy manifests into their live shows. Check out I Don’t Believe below.

They’ve only just released their debut album “Trampled Sun” last fall on REALID Records, through an independent group.

Even better is the new tour Kyng kicked off In This Moment and 10 Years last month and will continue with DANZING!, The Sword, Red Fang and again 10 Years. Check upcoming tour dates below.

Its been a while since we’ve had this kind of heavy metal line-up. So don’t miss out.
